Axia Construction Group is a Denver, Colorado based general contractor and owner’s representative company in business since 2004.

As a general contractor Axia specializes in commercial interior build-outs, tenant improvement and small ground-up construction. Project types include dental, medical, retail and office as well as residential renovation and remodel.

As an owner’s representative Axia specializes in large ground-up construction. Project types include assisted living, multi-family, mixed-use and office buildings.

Axia holds a Class A general contractor’s license in Denver, Aurora, and Wheat Ridge and a tenant improvement license in Lakewood.

Axia stands for value. Our objective is to create value for our clients by successfully managing the budget, schedule and quality of their construction projects through the use of the proper systems and innovative techniques.

Axia always prices projects thoroughly and accurately up front, eliminating petty change orders during construction. Aggressive, but realistic timelines are established and met.
