Axia is providing full-service owners representative services on the pre-construction and construction of this multi-family residential and retail mixed-use development.
The development consists of four four-story residential buildings over two below grade parking garages with a 125 car capacity.
At completion the residential buildings will consist of 103 units in over 115,000 sf. Amenities will include a fitness center, meeting and conference rooms, wireless internet access and a community room.
The condos will range from 650 square-foot, one-bedroom units to two-story, three-bedroom units, totaling 1,800 sf.
Retail includes a 1,000 sf coffee shop at street level.
Construction began Summer 2007 and is anticipated to complete early 2009.

Arista Live/Work Lofts
Location: Broomfield, CO
Owner: Sunburst Design and New Design Logic
Construction Cost: $4 Million
Axia is providing full-service owners representative services on the pre-construction and construction of this high-end multi-family live/work development.
The development consists of 23 three-story units. Each unit is two-story living space over ground level commercial flex space and garage.
At completion the units, including the flex space will average 2,500 sf.
Construction was completed Summer 2008.

Lowry Steamplant Rowhomes
Location: Denver, CO
General Contractor: Buchanan Yonushewski Group
Owner: Jim Hartman & John Keith
Value: $3.5 Million
Axia provided project management services to Buchanan Yonushewski Group on the construction of this high-end multi-family residential and live/work loft development.
The development consists of 10 residential rowhomes. Six of the rowhomes consist of two-story residential over an unfinished basement and a detached garage. Four of the rowhomes are live/work units with two-story living space over ground level commercial flex space and attached garage.
At completion the two-story units averaged 1,600 sf and the live/work units averaged 3,000 sf.
Construction was completed in Winter 2006.

Sherman Street Condos
Location: Denver, CO
Owner: Urban Development
Construction Cost: $1.5 Million
Axia provided project management services on the construction of this existing apartment to for-sale condominium conversion project.
The development consists of converting 27 existing apartment units into 24 for-sale condominiums.
At completion the one-bedroom units will average 625 sf and two-bedroom units will average 900 sf.
Construction was completed Fall 2007.

32nd & Zuni
Location: Denver, CO
Owner: Montano Development
Construction Cost: $4 Million
Axia provided project management services on the pre-construction of this high-end multi-family project.
The development consists of a 5-story building housing 8 high-end residential units with one-level underground parking.
At completion the units will consist of six one-story flats and two two-story penthouses.
Construction is anticipated to begin Summer 2007.

The Blacksmith Building
Location: Boulder, CO
Owner: The Blacksmith Building LLC
Construction Costs: $3.5 Million
Axia managed the construction on the back-end of this mixed-use, multi-family residential, retail and parking garage project on Boulder's Pearl Street Mall.
The project consists of seven high end condominiums, a ground level parking garage and ground level, core and shell retail.
The project totals 10,551 square feet.
Construction was completed in Spring 2006.

City Park Lofts
Location: Denver, CO
Owner: LCS Developers
Construction Costs: $4.5 Million
Axia provided pre-construction Construction Management services on a two tower residential building with connecting link and two level, 12,400 square foot parking garage.
At completion the two towers will house twenty 1-3 bedroom luxury loft units that range from 750 to over 1,500 sf and twelve 1-3 bedroom luxury townhomes that range from 1,000 to over 2,000 sf.
Total area of all residential living space is 35,600 square feet.

The Landmark
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Owner: Everest Development Co
Construction Costs: $80 Million
Axia provided project management services on the pre-construction phase of this multi-family residential and retail, mixed-use, transit-oriented development.
The development consists of two twelve story condo towers, seven retail structures and a parking garage.
At completion Residential Tower One will consist of 122 units in over 200,000 sf and Tower Two will include 150 units in over 220,000 sf. Amenities will include a rooftop terrace and garden with infinity-edge water feature, a ground-level pool, a European day spa and a fitness center.
The retail will total 160,000 sf and includes a six-screen theatre.
The development is located within walking distance of the Orchard light-rail station between East Belleview Avenue and East Orchard Road on the west side of I-25.

Previous Project Experience

Belmar Blocks 3 & 4
Location: Lakewood, CO
Owner: Continuum Partners
Construction Costs: $13.1 Million
Managed construction on four core and shell retail/office mixed-use buildings and associated site work.
Totaled 217,000 square feet.
Received temporary certificate of occupancy on all four buildings prior to the retail grand opening, despite a late start and fast track schedule.
Coordinated construction with over a dozen other general contractors building out the interiors of the retail spaces during the core and shell construction.

The Beauvallon
Location: Denver, Colorado
Owner: BCN Development
Construction Costs: $49 Million
Provided Project Management services on this luxury condominium complex consisting of a mixed-use condominium, retail, commercial office and structured parking project.
Totaled 600,000 square feet configured in two residential towers.
The development includes a 28,000 square foot fitness center, 8,500 square foot gourmet supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, hair salon, dry cleaner, outdoor pool, oversized hot tub and 600 covered parking spaces.
